Abstract

Purpose. The objective of the study is to develop and implement structural modeling of business process management systems based on a reflexive approach, which will contribute to improving management efficiency, adaptability to dynamic changes in the external environment, and ensuring sustainable business development.

Results. The relevance and expediency of structural modeling of a business process management system based on a reflexive approach are substantiated. The key stages of structural modeling are developed and described, including the identification of the main elements of the management system, the creation of business process models, the integration of a reflexive approach, the implementation of the model and its continuous monitoring and improvement. The improved structural model of business process management involves the introduction of machine learning methods, real-time systems, automated data quality control systems and modern tools for collaboration and communication. The use of a reflective approach helps to increase the awareness and competence of managers and employees, which has a positive impact on the overall performance of the company.

Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the research is the integration of the reflexive approach with structural modeling of business processes, including the use of modern technologies such as machine learning and real-time systems to improve forecasting, data quality control, and effective interaction between departments.

Practical value. The practical value of the research is the development of an effective business process management system that allows companies to quickly respond to changes in market conditions, continuously improve their activities, and remain competitive. The implementation of this system ensures resource optimisation, transparency of management decisions, and the creation of additional value for customers and shareholders.
